IN-PERSON 1 on 1 Expedited Training (READ DESCRIPTION)

This is an in-person in the field training with Darius. The total duration of the training is capped at 8 hours and it can be divided into 1 full day or 2 four-hour days of training with Darius.
The course will include an in-person tour of a rental property in my portfolio. This package will include my proprietary methods and strategies and a face-to-face course presentation. The goal of the IN-PERSON Training is to provide the student with real and an expedited investor learning experience.

*Travel and stay is not included.

This is a 2 hour online 1-on-1 proprietary full development course with my property case studies. This also includes a Q&A session within the 2-hour window. The presentation is focused on teaching you how to build an empire for long term wealth in real estate. I recommend this option, as this is what many people at my events have found the most beneficial. Below is the agenda for the course. The presentation consists of real photos and real videos of my real property.
